This is: How it works
Step 1
Once you have looked through our website for inspiration, or have your own design in mind, please use the contact form, telephone number or arrange a visit to our offices to discuss the design of your staircase. Once we have the necessary details like measurements, timber options and finishes, we can then get our quotation pack over to you.
Step 2
Our team will then move on to surveying and designing your staircase. We will provide 3D drawings of how exactly your staircase will look, along with detailed planned drawings and side elevations.
Step 3
Once you have confirmed you are happy with the design and specification, we will then move onto the manufacture of your staircase. If you wish to visit our workshop while our experts are busy making and assembling your staircase, just ask a member of our team.
Step 4
After manufacture is complete, we will arrange an installation date that is convenient for you and work to completing installation to the time frame agreed in the Customer Approval Pack.
